We stayed in an apartment in a gorgeous location with a breathtaking view from the terrace. the breakfast is great and on-site restaurant serves delicious food. there were some missing items in the apartment and the hot water in the evenings was not enough to take a proper shower.

We had an issue with the shower and the water, which could have been resolved faster by the staff.

Great view and location! We enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains from our apartment's terrace. The location was also fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was accommodating - especially Daniela. The on-site restaurant was brilliant with great food and the same breathtaking view and breakfast was superb too!

Our new year's stay was ruined by the lack of attention to detail. The apartment we stayed in wasn't fully geared to self-catering- we expected basic kitchen equipment to be provided, but there were no mugs/cups for tea or coffee and no bottle opener.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was an amazing experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They fixed an issue with the shower quickly and even built us a fire for a cozy dinner in front of it. the location was unbeatable with stunning views from the terrace and the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was exceptional! Breakfast was especially superb with a variety of options to choose from.

The location is simply breathtaking with beautiful mountains surrounding this peaceful area. The staff, particularly Daniela, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were so attentive to our needs and fixed any issues quickly. We loved the cozy fire they made for us and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The breakfast was also superb, with a stunning view to match.
